قصتنا
Two heritages,
one perfect loaf.

Om Ali's Honeycomb began the way most beautiful things do — in a small kitchen, with a stubborn craving and a recipe that wouldn't quite let go. Our family carries two homes inside us: Bosnia, with its patient, butter-rich breads, and Yemen, with its ancient love of raw honey and warm gatherings.
خلية النحل — Khaliat Nahal, the "beehive bread" — is a centuries-old Yemeni tradition. Each soft roll is shaped by hand into a honeycomb, baked until amber-gold, and finished with raw honey. We bring our Bosnian dough wisdom to that tradition: longer fermentation, more butter, and the same care our mothers showed us.
Today, we bake every tray fresh from our Atlanta home kitchen. You'll find us at local coffee shops on Fridays, at neighborhood pop-ups on weekends, and at weddings and walimas across Georgia. Every loaf is 100% halal, mixed by hand, and made with intention.
